In 2023, seven of our employees made the long journey by bus and train from Germany via France to Spain. After all, we wanted to keep our promise to avoid air travel wherever possible for the GBCI Europe Circle in Barcelona.
The GBCI Europe Circle offers real estate owners, investors, architects, entrepreneurs, engineers, consultants and others the opportunity to exchange ideas on the most important topics relating to sustainable buildings.
Together with GBCI Europe, EnviroSustain is committed to promoting the “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” (LEED) certification process developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) in Europe – a worldwide used process for evaluating real estate in terms of energy and environmental protection. In our cooperation with the USGBC, which has existed for over ten years, we are also working on better adapting the process to the European market.
We were pleased to sponsor the GBCI Europe Circle in 2022 and 2023 and look forward to continuing our support for 2024 in Athens.
